Phoenix Firefighter Brad Harper, 23, of Peoria, Arizona, died while on the scene of a two-alarm fire on May 19, 2013. Harper loved being a firefighter and had worked with the Phoenix Fire Department, where he was assigned to Rescue 21, for two years. He is survived by his wife, Lena; three younger brothers, Ryan, Daniel and Jacob; and parents, Bob and Cyndy.
The focus here will be to tackle the Chest to Bar Pull-Ups unbroken before moving into a good set of Power Cleans with the goal of hitting some Tng reps before finishing the set with quick singles. We will then tackle 21 Air Squats which are not to be underestimated as they will build throughout the workout. Finally we grab a weight plate and run out the door carrying it in any way you want and finding the best approach to finish the run as fast as possible. Look to finish each round in as close to 5:00 as possible in order to complete 4+ rounds today.
