8 Wall Walks

4 Rope Climbs

 

Rest 2 minutes

 

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

20/16 Calorie Row

20 Burpees over the rower

100 Double Unders

 

Split all the work between partners

 

Active: 40/30, Straight leg raises

Lifestyle: 30/20, Knees raises, scaled Wall Walks, floor to stand climbs, single unders.

 

In today’s team workout you will rotate through all 3 of the 10 minute AMRAPS resting for 2 minutes between each one. Break up the work between you and your team mate as you please! And have heaps of fun doing it.
