We haven’t done Helen since 2020 but we are always ready… Done as intended this workout is a push from start to finish. The runs should be at 80% without leaving you absolutely breathless as you come in the door. If you don’t have the swings and pull ups unbroken they should not be pushed to fatigue until the last round.

4×5 DB Bench

 

 

Lifting at the end should be cruisey but make sure you do full ROM. DB bench can often be great for the restricted shoulder as you change the hand angle to suit.  .
