In partners, one person working at a time, split reps up however you like.

 

For time:

150 wall balls 9/6kg

100 burpees

100 alt DB C&J 22.5/15kg

100 reverse lunges with 15/10kg plate

50 HSPU negatives or pike HSPU or push ups on toes (elevate hands as needed on plates or box).

 

Chipper partner workout that will light everyone up! This is a really fun finish to the week and can be scaled further by putting people into teams of 3 if needed. Because this is done with a partner, the goal is to use a pace that is faster than your normal workout pace and try to hold it. Don’t redline, that’s silly, but you have rest built in so breath hard and give it a good nudge!
