Double Unders

 

7-10 mins of Double under development

 

In the skill piece we are looking to bed down good technique (even for the ninjas) without doing bulk jumping. Arm positioning, wrist movement as well as soft knees and springy toes are the cues of the day.

WOD

 

5x 2:30 sets for max double unders

 

12 Chest to bars

25 Sit ups

Max Double Unders

2:00 min Rest

 

Rx+- 15 C2B, GHDs

 

Active: Jumping C2B

 

Lifestyle: Jumping pull ups. Single unders

 

With the intervals the idea is to aim for approx 1:00 for double unders. If this means increased/ decreased difficulty on the other movements, then do so. Use the first round as a tester if you are unsure.
