100 air squats

40 toes to bar

100 push ups

40 pull ups

-Rest 2 mins-

 

35 minute cap

 

Rx+- 30 BMU instead of pull ups

 

Active:

Slow negatives for HPSU and do toes as high as possible instead of toes to bar

 

Lifestyle:

DB strict press for HSPU, toe raises for TTB and banded strict pull ups for pull ups.
