35 minute cap
Rx+- 30 BMU instead of pull ups
Active: Slow negatives for HPSU and do toes as high as possible instead of toes to bar
Lifestyle: DB strict press for HSPU, toe raises for TTB and banded strict pull ups for pull ups.
