Back squat

5 x 3 (must be heavier than what you did for 4’s)

3:00 each set

 

Coming toward the pointy end of the squats. We are down to 3 reps to look for 85%+ and ask for a spotter.

WOD

3 sets each for time of:

15 burpees over the bar

5 Thrusters 40/30

Sets start at 0:00. 3:00 and 6:00

 

Active: scale to 10 reps

 

Mindset is that its only 20 reps and you just HAVE to keep going and push yourself to get to the thrusters. Don’t hold back, the discomfort is the thing that will improve your fitness.
