B. Snatch balance

5 sets of 3 (every 2 mins)

 

Different rep scheme for the press. this should adjust your weight and get you to push the strict press up. Snatch balances up second this week. We need to apply what we learnt last week and look for some more weight, speed is key but was also want depth in the squat.
