Today’s AMRAP blends teamwork and individual work into one brutal workout. Teams should choose the heaviest bag available for the carry, considering there is at least a 1:3 work:rest ratio. In order to maintain the intent for all members, each individual should be able to apply a speed mentality to their rounds, with only one or two breaths between all sandbag movements.
