We should see weights that allow 8 reps of the DB clean and jerk on a single side unbroken, and also allow 8 single-arm lunge steps unbroken (whichever movement is the limiting factor determines the weight). Crossover options should see 1-2 sets when fresh, with stamina and coordination under fatigue forming a major part of this test.
