Today’s workout should see athletes able to run continuously for 400m (if only able to shuffle or requiring walking breaks, scale back the distance), perform deadlifts in 1-2 sets across the workout and have a combination of elements in the wall walk and wall-facing handstand push-up that allows constant movement. |
