Today’s EMOM should see athletes choosing options that can be completed in under :45 when fresh and the challenge is to hold those chosen reps across all rounds. If an athlete misses a minute, they should mentally note the “missed minute” and continue directly onto the next minute. Smooth movement, mental fortitude and presence of mind will be the ingredients to success for today.
