Toes to Bar Skills

 

Today’s gymnastics skill work should see athletes without toes-to-bar working through progressions, achieving virtuosity before moving down the list. Advanced athletes may perform the advanced option during this time.

WOD

For time:

36-24-12:

GHD Sit-ups

Alt. DB hang snatches 22.5/15kg

18-12-6:

DB Overhead squats

 

Rx+: 32.5/22.5kg

Active: Ab-mat sit-ups, 17.5/12.5kg

Lifestyle: 24-18-12: AMSU & DB hang snatches, 12.5/7.5kg, 18-12-6 DB front squats

 

This workout is a burner! Options should allow for 1-2 sets across the workout, and see athletes increasing speed to the finish.
