TABATA x 4 20sec on 10sec off 4 mins of each TABATA 1 Min break between each TABATA T1- Calories T2- Push ups T3- Sit ups T4- Air squats
Rx+: V-Ups Active: Lifestyle:
Perform all 4 mins of each movement before moving on. Athletes should be working at approx. 75-80% of max effort for each movement.
