Today’s partner workout should see both athletes able to complete their run distances in 7:00 or under. Both athletes should be able to complete unbroken deadlifts, smooth singles on the power snatches and unbroken overhead squats with challenging chosen weights. Positive talk and equivalent weight choices (even if this means have separate barbells within the team) will lead to success today!
