Today’s partner workout should see teams working together, splitting reps according to capacity for the teams’ scores’ sake. At least one person in the partnership should be able to complete sets of 8+ toes-to-bar, thrusters and GHD’s before electing to break. Calories should be maintained for most partnerships today, splitting work into short bouts of high intensity work as required.
