Week #12 Focus

  Squat/Strength Development:

·      Deloading this week in lead up to testing on Friday – so reduced weight & intensity

·      Testing max capacity (1RM test) – Back Squat, Deadlift and Strict Press

·      Accessary work – hang squat cleans, wall balls, jerks

Weightlifting:

·      Technique & endurance – power cleans.

·      Volume and intensity – hang squat cleans, thrusters, wallballs

Gymnastics Accessary work:

·       Pulling Strength – pull-ups, bar muscle-ups, individual gymnastic practice

·       Sit-ups/GHD’s
