Week #8 Focus

  Squat/Strength Development:

·      Building endurance and stability – still increasing strength and intensity via capacity – back squats, overhead squats

·      Accessary work – dumbbell snatches

Weightlifting:

·      Technique & endurance – squat snatches, overhead squats

·      Volume and intensity – deadlifts, clean & jerks, power snatches

Gymnastics Accessary work:

·       Pulling Strength – pull-ups, C2Bars, Bar Muscle-ups

·       Toes-to-Bar, Handstand push-ups in WOD
