·   Building on progressions

·   Technique and strength where athletes are currently at

 

 

Partner WOD

2 Rounds for Time:

25 Minute CAP

 

·    100/80 Calories

·    50 Handstand Push-ups OR Box Piked Push-ups

·    Every 2 minutes – 5 synchronised burpees – including the start

 

One person working at a time – partition as desired.

·   Gymnastics/metabolic conditioning

·   Building movement capacity

·   Short recovery time
