Week #2 Focus

Squat/Strength Development:

·      Building endurance and stability – increasing the number of sets and repetitions to build endurance

·      Focus on technique building intensity maintaining proper form – including stability exercises wallballs, thrusters, SDLHP’s

Weightlifting:

·      Technique refinement

·      Volume and intensity

Gymnastics Accessary work:

·       Pulling Strength – Rope Climbs, C-2-Bars, Bar Muscle-ups

·       Handstand push-up strength
