·   Locked out arms, vertical

·   Engaged braced core, good chest position

·  Feet together, straight legs

 

WOD

 

10 Rounds @ 90 Seconds

 

·       3 Clean & Jerks

·       6-10 Pull-ups OR Jumping Pull-ups

 

Focus:

· Consistent sets and pacing – push yourself so that as you fatigue you maintain set volume

· Braced core, good hollow & arch for the pull-ups

· Strong pulls for C&J’s

· Explosive dip and strong lockout for the jerks
