·   Squat Snatches (RX 42½/30 Kg)

·   Knee-Raises OR Toes-to-Bar

·   25/20 Calories or 400 meter run after each set

 

 

Stimulus:

·   Select Weight for snatches that you can maintain across all sets

·   Weights/sets should challenge you to maintain

·   Building short recovery time.
