·    4-7 Pull-ups OR Chest-to-Bars OR 2-3  Bar Muscle-ups

 

 

Stimulus:

·    Select Weight for thrusters/number of pull-ups that you can maintain across all sets

·    Weights/sets should challenge you to maintain

·    Building short recovery time.
