Partner 1:
• 100 meter Farmers Carry (RX 2 @ 22.5/15 kg)
Partner 2:
• 10 Box Jumps (RX 24”/20”)
• 3 ring muscle-ups or 10 toes-to-rings or 3 Jumping Ring Muscle-ups or transitions
• Or if your hands are sore 3 strict ring pull-ups
