5 minutes warm-up, then 5 sets @ every 2 minutes
• 5 meter handstand walk

• 3 wall-walks with shoulder taps
WOD
For time:
20 minute CAP
• Max Thrusters (RX 40/25 kg)
Then
• 7 pull-ups
• 100 meter run
Repeat until you have completed 100 thrusters
