Rest 1 minute between rounds
• 8 Ring-dips
• 8 toes-to-bar or knee raises
• 8 Dumb-bell deficit push-ups
• 8 weighted sit-ups
• 8 ring pull-ups or work on strict ring muscle-ups
• 4 ab bar-bell roll-outs
Pick a rep scheme that will challenge you but still rest and allow you to move to next movement.
