• Speed & power in the middle component
• Good rack positioning and elbows
• Drive off shoulders and fast feet
WOD
10 rounds For time:
25 minute CAP
• 3 bar muscle-ups or jumping bar muscle-ups
• 5 squat clean & jerks (RX 70/40 kg)
• 5 lateral burpees over the bar
