If wall-walks are proficient then work on wall-facing inverted push-ups

WOD
22 minute AMRAP

• 5 shoot throughs
• 15 sit-ups OR 8 GHD’s
• 4 wall-walks (challenge 10 shoulder taps – 5 each side for each wall-walk)
• 10 box step-ups (24”/20”)
• 5 Bar Muscle-ups or jumping Bar MU’s
