• 10 overhead squats (20/15 kg – empty bar)
• 100 meter run
• 10 sumo HP (20/12 kg)
• 100 meter run
• 10 box jump-overs (24”/20”)
• 100 meter run
• 10 KB swings (20/12 kg)
• 100 meter run
Stretching session
10 minutes
At the end of the session ensure you complete the following:
• Complete stretching
• Roll out any sore points – taking your time
