20 min EMOM

Two movements of your choice.

  1. Pick to movements/skills that you want to practice.
  2. Warm them up to a working weight for a 20 minute EMOM

20 minute EMOM:

Odd minutes: movement 1

Even minutes: movement 2

At the end of the session ensure you complete the following:

• Complete stretching
• Roll out any sore points – taking your time
• Hydrate for tomorrow
• Think through how you want to approach the workout.
• Talk to others and watch videos outlining tips and suggestions
