• Kipping progression
• Kipping toes-to-bar
Part B
Every 6 minutes for 30 minutes: (5 sets)
Either:
• 400 metre run
• 15 push-ups
• 15 sit-ups
• 30 double-unders
Or Athletic:
• 400 metre run
• 15 toes-to-bar
• 15 wall-balls
• 30 double-unders
Rest for the remaining time in the 6 minutes
