3 rounds @ 2 minutes/movement
• 200 metre run
• 40 Banded from the rig lat pull downs with a dowel
• 30 plank kettle-bell touches alternating (both hold plank together)
• 10 O/T’s each with 20 overhead lunge steps with a dowel
