Kettlebell Complex Development:
Build to working weight (10 minutes)
Single arm
• Squat clean
• Thruster – to top
• KB swing – to top
• OH lunge step one each leg.
Swap arms
Part B
4 rounds of 5 minute EMOM:
• 10 bench-press
• 10 deadlift (80/60 kg)
• 1 rope climb (athletic 2 rope climbs)
• 1 KB complex each arm (athletic 2 each arm)
• Rest as spotter
