• 5 dumb-bell strict press each arm
Warm-up:
• Single arm overhead dbell farmer carry
• Dbell farmers carry over steps
• Pull-ups & Push-ups
Part B
“Climbing the Stairs to Cindy’s House”
Partner WOD 20 minutes
Partner 1:
• Rig length single are OH dbell farmers carry (1 DB overhead the other normal carry)
• Drop OH to normal farmers carry and return walking over boxes.
• Swap OH arm and repeat
Partner 2:
• Completing reps of “Cindy”
• 5 pull-ups
• 10 push-ups
• 15 air squats
Swap when Partner 1 completes 1 round
Score is rounds of Cindy completed
