• Holds/lowers
• Building vertical positioning
• Headstand push-up

PART B

4 rounds @ 5 minute EMOM

• 3 headstands off box or wall
• 3 up & overs or 5 ball-tucks
• 10 ring rows
• 10 box-pull-ups or 4 toes-to-bar/chest-to-bar complex or 3 pull-up/chest-to-bar-bar MU complex
• 10 ring dips (Athletic at top of Ring MU)
1-minute rest between each round.
