Part A
Pistols Skill development:
• Squat feet/heels together
• Squat 1 leg crossed behind the other.
• 1-leg squat to ball/box
• Floor roll to standing –two feet together
• Floor roll to standing – 1 legged
• Pistol with light band or counterweight
Part B
25 minute AMRAP:
• 7 Handstand push-ups
• 10 Box-jumps (24”/20”)
• 15 pull-ups
• 100 meters Dumb-bell Farmers Carry (22.5+/15+ kg)
