• Start – hang-high hang position squat snatches building to heavy set
10 minute EMOM of three position squat snatch
• Pick a weight that will challenge but allow good form.
Part B
For time:
21 – 15 – 9 – 9 – 15 – 21
• Single arm (alternating) Dumb-bell snatches (athletic 22.5/15 kg)
• Over dumb-bell burpees
• 30 double-unders between each set
