Handstand walking skills development:
Floor – Box – Wall
• finger/shoulder taps
• thigh taps
• lateral walks around box
• crab walk along wall
• wheelbarrows
• partner assisted walks
• walking practice

Warm-up:
• ring-rows and transitions
• ring muscle-ups

Part B

WOD: 3 rounds @ 90 seconds/movement

• 5 ring MU’s or 8 ring-rows and transitions
• 15 GHD’s or 20 sit-ups
• 10 meter handstand walk or 5 wall-walks
• 18/12 calories rower or ski-erg
• 10 burpees over the bar (athletic 15)
