Clean and Jerk Stamina:
- 30 C & J, 1 every 20 seconds for 10 minutes.
- Should be a challenge
5 minutes rest followed by:
3 rounds:
- 8 devils press (A 22.5/15 kg)
- 400m run
Extras – Rowing Intervals:
8 minutes:
- 30 seconds slow
- 30 seconds @ 80%
