7am Open Gym

Afternoon- Christmas Party!!!!

Box will be open from 2pm, WOD from 3pm (before if we have the numbers).

Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Males and Females.

Steaks, sausages, bread and some rabbit food supplied, bring a plate to share.

Nutrition Warehouse will be onsite with goodie bags and samples.

All members welcome including foundations and newbies. Please RSVP if you haven’t already.

Bring a beer and a chair. Craft and activities available for the kids (or if you have a childlike mind).
