• Shoot throughs – including push-ups and dips
• Hollows
• Armadillo drills
• Arches
Part B
4 rounds of 5 minute EMOM:
Rest 1 minute between rounds
• 10 parallette push-ups – off box
• 15 sit-ups or 10 GHD’s
• 6 strict pull-ups (Ath – weighted)
• 6 tuck-to-hollow position
• 5 ball-ups/front lever tucks
