ROPE CLIMBS BRING YOUR LONG SOCKS
In Teams of 3: (35 minute CAP)

45 – 36 – 27 – 18 – 9
• Bench press (60/30 kg, Athletic 80/45 kg)
• Deadlift (100/70 kg, Athletic 120/80 kg)
15 – 12 – 9 – 6 – 3
• 15 foot rope climbs
Split the reps as needed. A suggestion would be sets of 5 for bench press and deadlift and singles for rope climbs
The order is:
• 45 – Bench press
• 45 – deadlift
• 15 rope climbs; then
• 36 – bench press
• 36 – deadlift
