25 Minute AMRAP:
1 Toes-to-bar or Toes-to-rings
- 1 air squat
- 1 box step
- 1 Handstand push-up
- 1 burpee (normal)
Add 1 rep to each movement each round.
Every 2 minutes including at the start complete 5 push-ups.
Extras – for time:
100 thrusters (20/15 kg)
Every time you put the bar down 10 pull-ups
