Partner Workout:

3 Rounds for time:

• 6 lengths of the rig (up/back) alternating kettlebell farmers carry. Three carries each – swap arms at end of the rig
• 40 bench-press (total – 20 each in sets of 5 or 10) (50/30kg, Athletic 60/40kg)
• 40 alternating burpees total
• 20 synchronised sit-ups
