Take 20 mins to build towards or practice:
• Handstand walk – holds, touches, assisted
• Pistols – pole, bands, depth
Part B
3 x 7 minute EMOMs:
Resting 1 minute between rounds
2 people Maximum per station, rotate through the order
• Sled pull up and back
• Row (18/12 cal)
• 16 Push-ups
• Bike (12/7 cal)
• 20 lunge steps
• Ski erg (15/10 cal)
• 20 Box-steps (24”/20”)
