Come Hang With Me
22 min EMOM with a partner:
5 x thrusters
5 x burpees
Min 1: A hangs from bar and B does work. Rest for remainder min 1.
Min 2: A does work and B hangs. Rest for remainder of min 2.
Athletic Members:
Add 1 rep each round to thrusters and burpees to a max of 10 of each movement then drop a rep each round until back to 5 reps.
For example
Min 1 – A hang, B 5 thrusters+5 burpees
Min 2 – A 5 thrusters+5 burpees, B hang
Min 3 – A hang, B 6 thrusters+6 burpees
Min 4 – A 6 thrusters+6 burpees, B hang
Min 5 – A hang, B 7 thrusters +7 burpees
Min 6 – A 7 thrusters+7 burpees, B hang
Up to 10 reps, back to 5
