WOD – Monday 24 September 2018
12 Week Deadlift Program – FINAL WEEK – 10 x 3 Deadlift – Attempt to add 2.5 – 5kg from last week. Again, ask your coach for guidance.
Minute 1-Deadlifts as per rep scheme (10 x 3)
Minute 2-Hand Stand Pushups (3 reps strict scaled as needed or Rx + with deficit for advanced athletes)
Minute 3-Strict Weighted Pullups (3 reps weighted or scaled as needed)
Any remaining time can be used for hand stand walk progressions or a little conditioning work on the bikes/rowers if you prefer.
Next week is the Total!!!!
If you have Team Series workouts remaining, still try and fit in the Deadlift 10 x 3 even if you don’t do the upper body movements.
