WOD – Monday 10 September 2018

12 Week Deadlift Program – Week 10 – 10 x 5 Deadlift – Attempt to add 2.5 – 5kg from last week. Again, ask your coach for guidance.

Minute 1-Deadlifts as per rep scheme (10 x 5)
Minute 2-Hand Stand Pushups (3 reps strict scaled as needed or Rx + with deficit for advanced athletes)
Minute 3-Strict Weighted Pullups (3 reps weighted or scaled as needed)

Any remaining time can be used for hand stand walk progressions or a little conditioning work on the bikes/rowers if you prefer.
