WOD – Friday 21 September 2018

For the next 2 days, pick one or more of the CrossFit Team Series workouts, grab a buddy and a scorer, and get into it!

Due date for submission of Week 1 scores is 10am Tuesday. We will repeat this process next week with the new workouts.

You can download the scorecards to check the WOD description and movement standards or just read the scoresheets at the box. Just ask the coaches questions before starting. Official scaled versions of the workout are available also.

Even if you’re not registered, please throw your scores on the whiteboard and check the leaderboard for comparrison.

Event 1
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
Synchronized bar-facing burpees
Time cap: 7 minutes

Event 2
For time:
20 synchronized squat cleans, 61/43
20 synchronized squat cleans, 84/56
20 synchronized squat cleans, 102/70
Time cap: 7 minutes
Tiebreak: Time after every 20 reps

Event 3
21-15-9 reps for time of:
synchronized pull-ups
synchronized deadlifts 102/70
Time cap: 45 min.

Event 4
5 rounds for time of:
50 double-unders (each)
50-ft. synchronized overhead lunge 22.5/15
Time cap: 15 minutes
