WOD – Monday 13 August 2018
12 Week Deadlift Program – Week 6 (Half way) – 10 x 3 Deficit Deadlift – Attempt to add 5kg per week as a rough guide but speak to the L1 Trainer on duty for guidance on progressing up in weight.
Minute 1-Deficit Deadlifts as per rep scheme (10 x 3)
Minute 2-Hand Stand Pushups (3 reps strict scaled as needed or Rx + with deficit for advanced athletes)
Minute 3-Strict Weighted Pullups (3 reps weighted or scaled as needed)
Any remaining time can be used for hand stand walk progressions or a little conditioning work on the bikes/rowers if you prefer.
